Our Gourmet Hampers

We make deliveries either directly to your offices or via Bpost. 
In the case of a delivery to your office, you have the opportunity to tell us the exact address and a desired delivery time. We will make sure that the delivery is made within this time frame. 
We use Bpost when there are many different addresses or when the delivery address is outside Belgium. In the case of a Bpost shipment, the delivery will be made to the home of each recipient. If no one is present to receive the gourmet box, it will be redirected to a relay point near the delivery address. The recipient will have the opportunity to pick up his or her gourmet box the next day! This allows for greater flexibility for the recipient!  

The classic boxes are made of brown cardboard and measure 35x22x13 cm. We also have a variety of different formats: large boxes, baskets, golden boxes, mini boxes, etc. The price of your box may vary depending on the packaging you select, some materials being more expensive than others. Do not hesitate to ask us for the visuals of the different packagings in order to choose the one that could suit you best.

Yes of course, there is no limit to the number of addresses to which we send the boxes. For example, if you want to send gourmet boxes to the homes of your company's employees, you can provide us with an Excel document with the list of addresses, first and last names. We will then create the Bpost labels and send the boxes to the requested locations. In order to ensure better tracking, it is preferable to send us their email addresses, but this is not mandatory if sending these addresses may go against your RGPD policies.

You can compose your boxes as you wish. We propose designs of personalized words that we adapt to your request, but you can also provide us with a card made by you that we will add in the boxes. Moreover, you can ask us to insert gifts that you would have previously provided us, such as goodies, movie tickets, etc.

Yes, we can send our boxes to any country delivered by Bpost. Please note, however, that the delivery price will depend on the country of the recipient. For example, a delivery to France will cost 10 euros while a delivery to Spain will cost about 20 euros.

Yes, there is a "custom box" section on the site that allows you to choose each item. If you need advice, you can always send an email with your wishes and we will make proposals according to your criteria. Moreover, if you are a regular of our boxes, we can always propose you Belgian products that do not come from our usual producers.

All of our boxes are vegetarian and many are alcohol free. We don't have any "ready-made" boxes for other diets, but we can easily create one for you according to your needs.

All our products are 100% Belgian. We try to put forward the local trade by supporting the craftsmen and the local producers. They come from different regions such as Liege, Namur, Brussels, Flemish Brabant, etc. By gathering products from all over Belgium in gourmet boxes, we want to highlight the country's terroir and offer a sustainable and healthy alternative to mass-market products.

Our sample boxes cost between 15 and 120 euros, but we can concoct personalized boxes from 10 euros to 300 euros. There is no standard price, because we want our local products to be accessible to all budgets and desires.

If you receive a damaged gourmet box, or if there is any problem with a product you ordered from us, we will send you back a copy of your order as soon as possible. Please note that we rarely encounter this kind of situation, so rest assured that such an event is unlikely to occur.
