Our New Year gifts

We deliver either ourselves, directly to your offices, or via Bpost.

For a delivery to your offices, you can give us the exact address along with a preferred time slot. We will do what is needed for the delivery to happen within that window.

We use Bpost when there is a large number of different addresses, or when the delivery address is outside Belgium. With a Bpost shipment, delivery is made to each recipient's home. If nobody is there to receive the hamper, it is redirected to a pick-up point near the delivery address. The recipient can collect their hamper from the next day onwards — which gives them more flexibility.

From the confirmation of your order, we can deliver within 1 to 4 working days, depending on the type of delivery chosen and on the availability of products at the producers. We strive to be as responsive as possible, but we sometimes depend on the various partners we work with, which can slightly lengthen delivery times.

Yes, of course — there is no limit to the number of addresses we ship boxes to. For instance, if you wish to send gourmet boxes to your employees' homes, you can provide us with an Excel file listing addresses, surname and first name. We then take care of creating the Bpost labels and shipping the boxes to the requested places. For better tracking it is preferable to send us their email addresses too, but this is not required if sharing them would conflict with your GDPR policies.

You can compose your boxes exactly as you wish. We offer designs for personalised messages that we adapt to your request, but you can equally provide a card of your own making that we will add to the boxes. In addition, you can ask us to include gifts you have supplied beforehand, such as goodies, cinema tickets and so on.

Our example boxes cost between 15 and 120 euros, but we can put together personalised boxes from 10 euros and up to 300 euros. There is therefore no standard price, because we want our local products to be within reach of every budget and every wish.
